How do I place an order?
Just click on any of the product categories on the home page or click on any of the links to our eBay store Made In Spain Ceramicas
Currently all our sales of Spanish ceramics are managed by our eBay shop.
Why can't I make purchases from your own site here?
We are currently building and developing Made In Spain Ceramicas own dedicated online shopping website. In the meantime you can purchase any of our items on our eBay store taking advantage of not only our own fantastic customer service but the peace of mind that purchasing on eBay provides.
How can I pay for my order?
Order and pay securely on eBay using PayPal or by using your debit or credit card without the need for a PayPal account.
Will I be able to return items for refund if needed?
Any items that you wish to return can be done so within 30 days and a full refund will be given.
Any items that arrive damaged will be replaced and shipped again promptly. Simply contact via the eBay contact page or by sending an email to: madeinspainceramicas@gmail.com detailing what has happened.
I don't want to purchase from eBay, is there any other way I can purchase from you?
Yes there is! Use the contact page to let us know you wish to make a purchase listing the products that you wish to purchase (product codes are found at the foot of the eBay item descriptions) and we will get back in touch to let you know how much your order will be. Payment can be made by made by PayPal cheque or by BACS bank transfer.
